Cesar Garcia Jaramillo (Venezuela, 1973). IT expert. He has certifications of software and hardware manufacturers. His career includes telecommunications companies such as CANTV in Venezuela where he worked on the project for the development of the International Billing System, Xtratelecom and Payma Mobile coordinating planning technology platform and internal and external IT services. He specializes in data recovery.
Founder of OnRetrieval in 2004. He has implemented a comprehensive and global training program that includes certification in the United States, Israel, Russia, Italy, Canada and China. Its strategy of national and international expansion (more than 13 offices in Spain and 10 worldwide) led to the nomination of AJE Madrid Awards 2011 in the category of internacionalización. OnRetrieval has been also recognized as one of the most innovative SMB business for MuyComputer magazine (Small&Smart award 2014). In 2014, OnRetrieval achieved quality certification 9001 and 27001.
César has a Cellebrite Certified Physical Analyze degree and different certification in forensic computer. He is frequently speaker in several events, conferences and business school.
